- Accueillir les personnes et établir un diagnostic social partagé
- Informer sur les dispositifs existants concernant droits, aides et recours administratifs
- Construire et accompagner des plans d'aide individualisés, constituer des dossiers
- Développer des relations avec des partenaires locaux et mener une veille sociale
- Collaborer en équipe pluridisciplinaire et participer aux réunions en rédigeant des bilans
