As a specialist recruitment partner, we are proud to be supporting an innovative healthcare manufacturer in the search for a Quality Assurance Associate to join their Wellington team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a science or pharmaceutical degree who enjoys working in a structured, quality-focused environment. Whether you have previous GMP or pharmaceutical experience, or are looking to take your first step into the industry, this role offers excellent training and development within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

Working as part of a close-knit Quality Assurance team, you will help ensure products are manufactured and released in compliance with GMP requirements while contributing to continuous improvement across the quality system.
What you will do

  • Review manufacturing batch documentation prior to product release
  • Support batch release activities as an Authorised Person (training provided where required)
  • Investigate quality events and support timely resolution of deviations
  • Support change controls and continuous improvement activities
  • Participate in internal audits and regulatory inspections


What we are looking for
  • A Science or Pharmaceutical degree is essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Access to a reliable vehicle, as early starts mean public transport may not always be available
