Dans un environnement bienveillant, vous participerez activement au soutien et au confort des résidents au sein de cet établissement pour personnes âgées
- Assurer l'hygiène quotidienne des résidents, en veillant à leur confort et bien-être
- Accompagner les résidents dans les gestes de la vie quotidienne, favorisant leur autonomie
- Collaborer avec l'équipe médicale pour le suivi des soins adaptés à chaque résident
- Participer aux animations et activités pour stimuler les résidents et renforcer leur lien social
- Maintenir une communication positive et respectueuse avec les résidents et leurs familles, en étant à l'écoute de leurs besoins
- Contrat: CDI à pourvoir dès la rentrée de septembre 2026
- Salaire selon ancienneté Nous recherchons un(e) Aide soignant(e) dédié(e) et bienveillant(e) pour un établissement accueillant des personnes âgées.
- Aptitude à prodiguer des soins de qualité avec compassion et empathie
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à gérer les situations stressantes
- Possession du Diplôme d'État d'Aide Soignant(e) ou engagement à l'obtenir
- Sens de l'écoute et excellent relationnel avec les résidents
- Flexibilité pour s'adapter aux besoins variés des personnes âgées
