Als Marketing Manager (m/w/d) übernimmst Du Verantwortung für vielseitige Marketingprojekte und entwickelst gemeinsam mit der Marketingleitung die Kommunikation und Markenpräsenz der unitex kontinuierlich weiter. Perspektivisch bieten wir Dir die Möglichkeit, zusätzliche Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Dich zur stellvertretenden Marketingleitung weiterzuentwickeln.
Aufgaben
Deine Aufgaben
- Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung kanalübergreifender Marketingkampagnen
- Konzeption, Erstellung und Versand von zielgruppenspezifischen E-Mail-Marketing-Kampagnen und Newslettern
- Weiterentwicklung automatisierter Marketingstrecken und Workflows
- Pflege und Optimierung unseres CRM-Systems sowie zielgerichtete Segmentierung von Zielgruppen
- Erstellung von Content für Newsletter, Websites, Landingpages, Social Media und Printmedien
- Gestaltung von Grafiken, Präsentationen, Werbemitteln und digitalen Medien mit der Adobe Creative Cloud
- Planung und Vermarktung der eigenen Messe
- Unterstützung bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung unserer Marketingaktivitäten und Markenkommunikation
- Analyse von Kampagnen, KPIs und Marketingmaßnahmen sowie Ableitung konkreter Optimierungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und aktive Mitgestaltung neuer Marketingprojekte
- Mit zunehmender Verantwortung Übernahme erster Koordinations- und Führungsaufgaben innerhalb des Marketingteams
Qualifikation
Das bringst Du mit
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien, BWL mit Schwerpunkt Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Marketing, idealerweise im B2B-Bereich
- Sehr gutes Verständnis für kanalübergreifende Marketing- und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
- Sicherer Umgang mit der Adobe Creative Cloud (insbesondere InDesign, Photoshop und Illustrator) sowie ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Gestaltung und zielgruppengerechten Content
- Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen (idealerweise HubSpot), Marketing-Automation und datenbasiertem Marketing von Vorteil
- Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Organisationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
- Kommunikationsstärke sowie die Motivation, perspektivisch Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen
