Was du bei uns machst
Deine Aufgaben sind vielfältig und herausfordernd
- Als Teil unserer interdisziplinären Projekt- oder Pitchteams unterstützt du bei der Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung unterschiedlichster Corporate Events und Publikumsveranstaltungen – face to face, hybrid, virtuell.
- Du recherchierst Locations, Dienstleister, Catering-Angebote und vieles mehr.
- Du prüfst Angebote und verhandelst in Rücksprache mit einem/r erfahrenen Senior Berater:in Preise und Konditionen für dein (Teil-)Projekt.
- Du unterstützt bei Dreh- und Aufnahmeplanung für Videos, Audioformate sowie Live-Streams.
- Bei der Produktion der Veranstaltung sorgst du für einen reibungslosen Ablauf und ein unvergessliches Erlebnis für alle Gäste.
Was du mitbringst
- ein abgeschlossenes Studium / eine Ausbildung im Bereich Kommunikation oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- 1 bis 2 Jahre Erfahrung auf Agentur- / Unternehmensseite mit Live- und virtuellen Projekten
- wünschenswerte Interessen Text/Konzeption und/oder Bewegtbildproduktion
- Sinn fürs Organisieren
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist, Neugierde und Offenheit
- Lust auf deine/unsere permanente Weiterentwicklung
