AIDE SOIGNANT (F/H)
Pour un poste dans le secteur médical, nous mettons notre expertise en santé à votre service. Aide-soignant(e) diplômé(e), vous effectuez des soins de nursing, d'accompagnement dans les gestes de la vie courante ainsi qu'une aide à la prise des repas dans une équipe constituée de 15 agents au quotidien et 3 agents de nuit. Vous travaillez sur des horaires allant de 6h30-14h24 ou 13h36-21H00, vous pouvez aussi si vous le souhaitez intégrer l'équipe remplaçante des horaires 10 heures. Vous bénéficiez de congés annuels, de récupérateurs de temps de travail. Nous recherchons un(e) Aide soignant(e) (F/H) bienveillant(e) et compétent(e) pour accompagner les résidents de notre établissement pour personnes âgées.
- Aptitude à délivrer des soins de qualité et à accompagner les personnes âgées avec respect et empathie
- Titulaire du Diplôme d'État d'Aide-Soignant(e) ou équivalent, prouvant une expertise reconnue dans le domaine
- Posséder une première expérience dans l'accompagnement des seniors en milieu médicalisé
- Capacité à travailler en équipe tout en démontrant une grande autonomie et responsabilité dans les tâches confiées
- Maîtrise des protocoles de soins et des procédures d'hygiène en établissement spécialisé
