Du telefonierst gerne und möchtest mit deiner Arbeit wirklich etwas bewirken? Du unterstützt Menschen rund um Pflege- und Gesundheitsprodukte, beantwortest Fragen, nimmst Bestellungen auf und sorgst dafür, dass Kunden schnell und zuverlässig die Unterstützung erhalten, die sie benötigen. Dabei erwartet dich keine Kaltakquise, sondern abwechslungsreiche Inbound-Telefonie mit Bestandskunden und Interessenten. Ob Kundenservice-Profi, Quereinsteiger oder Wiedereinsteiger – wir bereiten dich in einer umfassenden Schulung optimal auf deinen Einsatz vor.
Aufgaben
- Telefonische Betreuung von Bestandskunden und Interessenten im Bereich Pflege- und Gesundheitsprodukte
- Beratung zu Produkten, Annahme von Bestellungen sowie Bearbeitung von Serviceanliegen
- Erfassung und Pflege von Kunden- und Bestelldaten in SAP
- Analyse von Kundenbedürfnissen und Information über passende Zusatzleistungen
Qualifikation
- Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
- Freundliche und serviceorientierte Kommunikation
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC
- SAP-Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert, jedoch kein Muss
- Zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und Empathie
- Du kommst aus dem Bereich: Kundebetreuung, Kundenberatung, Callcenter, Vertriebsmitarbeiter, Sales Manager, Vertriebsinnendienst, Customer Service, Kundenservice, Servicemitarbeiter, Servicekraft, Pflege, Pflegehelfer, Büro, Sachbearbeiter
