Aufgaben
- Du bist für die monatliche Abrechnung aller Mitarbeiter des CUTMETALL-Firmenverbundes zuständig
- Du bereitest Arbeitsverträge und andere Unterlagen für die Mitarbeiter vor
- Du verwaltest die Personalakten, die Arbeitszeitenkonten und die betriebl. Altersvorsorge
- Du führst die Lohnbuchhaltung durch und bist Ansprechpartner für die Buchhaltung
- Du bist für das Bewerbermanagement und die Datenpflege zuständig
- Du stehst im Kontakt mit den Behörden und Sozialversicherungsträgern
- Du erstellst Reports und Statistiken
Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Personal o.Ä.
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Bereich Lohn- & Gehaltsabrechnung gesammelt
- Du verfügst über sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
