Teamleitung Arbeitsvorbereitung (m/w/d)
Aufgaben
- Leitung und Koordination der Arbeitsvorbereitungsprozesse zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs.
- Erstellung und Überwachung von Produktionsplänen unter Berücksichtigung von Kapazitäten und Lieferterminen.
- Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe durch Analyse von Prozessen und Implementierung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, um eine effektive Kommunikation und Lösungsfindung bei Produktionsproblemen zu gewährleisten.
- Führung und Entwicklung des Teams durch Schulungen und regelmäßige Leistungsbeurteilungen, um die Qualität und Effizienz zu steigern.
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung, idealerweise in der Stahl- oder Metallindustrie
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und der Projektkoordination
- Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in Produktionsplanungssoftware und ERP-Systemen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
