AI DevOps Engineer / Automation Builder (m/w/d)
Wir handeln THG-Quoten und betreiben mit Elektrovorteil eine der aktiven B2C-Marken im Markt. Hinter dem Wachstum steht ein kleines, schnelles Team, das seine Prozesse konsequent mit KI und eigenen Tools skaliert statt mit mehr Köpfen.
Wir suchen jemanden, der genau das vorantreibt: aus einem Ticket wird bei dir in Tagen ein laufendes Tool, kein Backlog-Eintrag für nächstes Quartal. Wenn du KI nicht als Buzzword, sondern als tägliches Werkzeug nutzt und Freude daran hast, Systeme zu verbinden und Abläufe zu automatisieren, passt die Rolle.
Deine Mission
Du machst unser Unternehmen operativ schneller, indem du Prozesse automatisierst, interne Tools baust und unsere Systemlandschaft (HubSpot, Mailchimp, interne Datenbanken, KI-Assistenten) zu einem sauber verzahnten Ganzen machst.
Aufgaben
- Ticket zu Vibecode: Du nimmst Anforderungen aus dem Team auf und setzt sie mit modernen KI-Coding-Tools (Claude Code, Cursor und vergleichbar) schnell in funktionierende, verlässliche Lösungen um. Prototyp heute, pilotreif diese Woche.
- Prozesse automatisieren: Du findest wiederkehrende manuelle Abläufe (Support, Kampagnen, Reporting, Datenpflege) und ersetzt sie durch Automatisierungen und Skripte.
- Tools bauen und betreiben: interne Web-Tools, Dashboards, kleine Services und KI-Assistenten. Von der Idee über die Umsetzung bis zum stabilen Betrieb.
- HubSpot-Integration: Du verbindest HubSpot mit unseren übrigen Systemen (Datenflüsse, Workflows, Anreicherung, Reporting) und sorgst dafür, dass Vertrieb und Marketing sauberer arbeiten.
- Interteam-Kommunikation: Du bist die technische Schnittstelle zwischen Geschäftsführung, Marketing, Support und Trading. Du übersetzt Business-Anforderungen in Lösungen und die Lösungen zurück in verständliche Ergebnisse.
- KI im Alltag verankern: Du hilfst dem Team, KI-Werkzeuge produktiv und sicher zu nutzen, und baust die dafür nötige Infrastruktur (MCP-Anbindungen, Assistenten, Vorlagen).
Qualifikation
- Du baust eigenständig Software und Automatisierungen. Node.js, Python, SQL und moderne Web-Stacks sind für dich Alltag.
- Du arbeitest bereits mit KI-Coding-Tools und weißt, wann schnelles Vibecoden reicht und wann es sauberes Engineering braucht.
- Du hast Erfahrung mit APIs und Integrationen, idealerweise mit HubSpot, CRM- oder Marketing-Automation-Systemen.
- Du denkst vom Geschäftsergebnis her, nicht vom Feature. Du fragst zuerst, welches Problem gelöst werden soll.
- Du kommunizierst klar auf Deutsch, arbeitest strukturiert und lieferst fertige Dinge, keine halben.
- Nice to have: Datenschutz und DSGVO-Bewusstsein, Erfahrung mit lokalen bzw. self-hosted Lösungen, Interesse an Energie- und Mobilitätsthemen.
