Consultant / Business Consulting (m/w/d) Förderbank
Für ein langfristiges Entwicklungsprojekt suchen wir einen erfahrenen Berater (m/w/d) zur fachlichen Unterstützung eines Arbeitspakets im Umfeld OSPlus-Förderbank.
Gemeinsam mit mehreren Förderbanken entsteht derzeit eine neue Förderbanklösung mit Fokus auf die vollständige digitale Abbildung der Förderprozesse – von der Antragstellung bis zur Sachbearbeitung.
Aufgaben
- Fachliche Verantwortung eines Arbeitspakets innerhalb eines größeren Entwicklungsprojekts
- Abstimmung zwischen Fachbereichen und Entwicklungsteams
- Analyse und Strukturierung fachlicher Anforderungen
- Begleitung der Umsetzung innerhalb der neuen OSPlus-Förderbanklösung
- Mitarbeit bei der Gestaltung von Förderbankprozessen
Qualifikation
- Förderbankgeschäft (z. B. Direktförderung, Förderprogramme, Zuschuss- oder Darlehensgeschäft)
- Fundierte Projekt-Erfahrungen in OSPlus notwendig
- Erfahrungen in größeren Softwareentwicklungsprojekte
- Kundenportale oder Sachbearbeitungslösungen
- fachliche Projekt- oder Arbeitspaketleitung / Steuerung
- Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
Das Projekt auf freiberuflicher Basis kann zu 80 % aus dem Homeoffice getätigt werden
