ClientNous recherchons pour le compte de notre client, entreprise historique au cœur de nos terroirs, perpétuent la tradition savoyarde à travers la fabrication de fromages de grande qualité, notamment le célèbre Reblochon. Pour accompagner ses équipes en atelier de conditionnement et en caves d'affinage, l'entreprise recherche un(e) Agent de Production / Conditionnement Polyvalent (f/h)
PosteAu sein d'un environnement dynamique, vous occupez un poste aux tâches variées, rythmé par le cycle de vie et de préparation du fromage. Vos missions s'articulent autour de 4 grands axes : Conditionnement et Fin de ligne : Montage manuel de cartons d'emballage. Réception et sortie des produits en bout de ligne de conditionnement. Contrôle visuel de conformité, pesée, étiquetage des produits, mise en carton et palettisation. Tri et Traçabilité : Déballage et tri des fromages non conformes, tout en assurant scrupuleusement le suivi et la traçabilité informatique ou papier. L'Étendage (2 fois par semaine) : En binôme face-à-face autour d'une table : l'un récupère les Reblochons frais des caisses de réception pour les déposer sur la table, l'autre les dispose méticuleusement sur des planches en bois d'affinage. Manutention et rangement des planches garnies sur les étagères de stockage (port de charge d'environ 12 kg par planche). Travail en cave (1 jour par semaine) : Participation au retournage des Reblochons en caves d'affinage selon les besoins de la production pour garantir la qualité de leur croûte.
ProfilExpérience : Débutant(e) accepté(e) ! Une première expérience en milieu industriel, agroalimentaire, logistique ou agricole est un plus, mais c'est votre motivation qui fera la différence. Le poste comporte des tâches physiques régulières, notamment lors des journées d'étendage (port de charges répétitif de 12 kg) et de travail en cave. Vous êtes dynamique, endurant(e) et n'avez pas peur de l'effort.
