ClientNous recherchons pour le compte de notre client basé à Tuffé, spécialisé dans la conception, fabrication et commercialisation d'outils et de machines pour la préparation des câbles un Fondeur.
PosteSous la responsabilité du Responsable des Opérations, votre mission principale consiste à réaliser des produits conformes aux normes et procédures de l'entreprise afin de livrer nos clients dans le respect total de la qualité exigée. Vos Missions Principales 1. Production et Technique : Préparer la production : chauffe des moules en étuve, préparation des coquilles et dosage de l'alliage selon le planning. Réaliser les opérations de moulage (manuel ou machine) ainsi que les actions de poteyage et de dégazage. Contrôler la qualité de sa production, enregistrer les résultats et les rebuts. Assurer la maintenance de premier niveau (nettoyage, graissage) de la cellule et du four. Utiliser des palans et chariots électriques pour le transport des moules. 2. Travail en Équipe et Communication : Assurer un passage de consignes complet (qualité, approvisionnement) pour garantir la continuité de la production. Accueillir et renseigner les nouveaux arrivants ou intérimaires. Collaborer étroitement avec le Fondeur Niveau 2 et les services Méthodes et Maintenance. +1 3. Sécurité et Amélioration Continue : Respecter rigoureusement les normes de sécurité, d'hygiène et d'environnement (port du masque respiratoire obligatoire pour certaines tâches). Participer activement à l'amélioration de la performance et de la qualité en proposant des évolutions de process. Conditions de travail Poste basé dans un environnement industriel nécessitant une grande vigilance sécuritaire. Relations occasionnelles avec des auditeurs externes Horaires : 05h 13h / 12h30 20h30 Primes d'équipe Base de 37.5 heures semaine
ProfilCompétences techniques : Maîtrise de la lecture et du remplissage de documents techniques. Connaissances en mécanique générale. Capacité à intervenir avec attention et méthode tout en anticipant les dysfonctionnements. Savoir-être : Réactivité : Capacité à prendre des décisions rapides et à réagir efficacement aux messages. Esprit d'équipe : Dynamisme, empathie et sens du service. Rigueur : Respect de la ponctualité, du règlement intérieur et de la propreté du poste. Polyvalence : Aptitude à intervenir sur différents secteurs de la production, y compris lors des inventaires.
