Attività principali
- Contatto telefonico professionale ed efficace con il Cliente/Debitore
- Studio della pratica e analisi delle cause di insoluto
- Negoziazione di soluzioni di rientro sostenibili
- Monitoraggio della pratica fino alla chiusura
- Aggiornamento costante delle posizioni su gestionale aziendale

Il profilo ideale ha le seguenti caratteristiche:
- Diploma e/o laurea
- Spiccato orientamento ai risultati
- Ottime capacità comunicative e negoziali
- Buona conoscenza degli strumenti informatici
- Attitudine al lavoro in team ed al problem solving
- Disponibilità a lavorare in modalità Full Remote
