Are you highly organised with a knack for keeping operations running smoothly? We’re looking for a Workforce Planning Coordinator to take charge of scheduling and coordinating our operational staff and subcontractors across the Property response workstream.In this role, you’ll play a key part in meeting contractual requirements and job management targets by triaging work orders, planning and scheduling tasks, and overseeing the full job workflow process.
What You’ll Bring to the Table | Ngā Mea ka Mauria e Koe ki te Rūnanga• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and plan effectively• Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to managing disruptions and challenges• Team player attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent service to clients
What You’ll Be Doing | Ngā Kawenga Takohanga• Receive, review, and prioritise work order requests, clarifying details with clients where needed• Schedule and coordinate multi-trade jobs, including setting appointments with clients and tenants• Manage disruptions caused by sickness, weather, or urgent work• Identify and escalate risks where jobs are at risk of delay• Maintain accurate job data, documentation, and records for compliance and claims• Support continuous improvements to processes and help deliver a safe, customer-focused service
