- Veiller au bien-être et à la sécurité des résidents durant les heures nocturnes
- Assister les résidents dans leurs besoins quotidiens et personnels avec empathie et respect
- Collaborer avec l'équipe pluridisciplinaire pour fournir un environnement de soins de qualité
