Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa motivata per il ruolo di Junior Technical Trainer, Design & Content Developer/Writer da inserire nel team di formazione tecnica di una multinazionale automotive.
La figura collaborerà alla progettazione, allo sviluppo e all’aggiornamento di materiali formativi e documentazione tecnica destinati alla rete di assistenza e concessionari. Opererà a supporto dei Master Trainer e del Training Manager, contribuendo anche all’erogazione di attività formative in presenza e digitali.
Il ruolo richiede interesse per le nuove tecnologie automotive, capacità di trasformare informazioni tecniche complesse in contenuti chiari e fruibili e un approccio proattivo nella proposta di soluzioni formative.
Compiti e responsabilità
Il/La Junior Technical Trainer, Design & Content Developer/Writer, in linea con le specifiche e i requisiti dell’OEM e del Training Manager, si occuperà di:
- Supportare la progettazione e lo sviluppo dei programmi di formazione tecnica per la rete dealer e assistenziale;
- Creare, aggiornare e revisionare materiali didattici e contenuti tecnici, quali presentazioni, manuali, schede formative, esercitazioni, test di valutazione, procedure e documentazione di supporto;
- Tradurre contenuti e manuali tecnici complessi in materiali formativi chiari, strutturati e orientati all’applicazione pratica;
- Contribuire allo sviluppo di contenuti relativi a manutenzione, riparazione, diagnosi, nuovi modelli, sistemi veicolo, elettrificazione, tecnologie ibride, connettività e sistemi digitali;
- Collaborare con Master Trainer, esperti tecnici e stakeholder interni per raccogliere, verificare e organizzare le informazioni tecniche;
- Supportare l’erogazione di corsi tecnici in aula, in officina e/o tramite piattaforme digitali;
- Affiancare i partecipanti durante le attività formative, fornendo supporto tecnico e didattico;
- Garantire che i contenuti siano allineati agli standard OEM, ai processi aziendali e alle esigenze della rete;
- Raccogliere feedback dai partecipanti e dai formatori, contribuendo al miglioramento continuo dei materiali e dei percorsi formativi;
- Proporre in modo proattivo soluzioni, formati e strumenti innovativi per migliorare l’efficacia della formazione tecnica;
- Mantenersi aggiornato/a sulle evoluzioni tecnologiche del settore automotive e sulle nuove metodologie formative.
