Your future starts here! Apply now to join ZURU Group as a People & Culture Intern this summer!

ZURU’s People & Culture team

As an intern in our People & Culture team, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to both strategic and operational HR, contributing to projects that touch every part of the team member journey. No two days look the same. What you work on will shift depending on what’s most crucial to our goals at the time: it could look like onboarding tasks, internal training coordination, external research to support current projects, supporting the end of year performance review and talent mapping processes, or lending a hand across the wider People & Culture function as we all pitch in together. You might also help build frameworks that bring consistency while staying fit for purpose in a high-pace environment.

You’ll dig into topics shaping People & Culture today like leadership capability, or how we’re using AI to optimise our teams’ time, and help turn that research into ideas we can act on. You’ll also support initiatives like global frameworks, consistent compliance templates, and other system and process improvements to help us in our pursuit of compounding improvement, all while helping our teams work smarter and faster.

It’s a team that values every voice, pitches in, and learns from each other. A unique opportunity to learn the ropes of HR alongside a passionate, high-performing team.

You will also:

- Be set up to win with a two-day induction to get you up to speed on everything ZURU

- Learn how our people continue to shift the needle through regular learning sessions with key business leaders

- Experience ZURU’s playful side by dabbling in content creation (#dayinthelife) and attending social events

- And so much more!

Our summer internship programme will run from mid November 2026 - mid February 2027.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply early!

About You

We don’t ask to see your grades, and we take on students from a range of different backgrounds and degrees. What we care about is sharing our internship experience with students who have a natural inclination to go above and beyond, who demonstrate grit and dedication, and most importantly, who radiate positivity and humility.

ZURU is a special place to work, and we live by our unique set of values, the ZURU DNA (you can find out more about our ZURU DNA on our careers page).

If you’re excited by the opportunity to get stuck in to meaningful work and exciting projects and you have a mindset around continuous improvement and challenging the status quo then we want to hear from you!

Want to know more about the application process and what to expect from our internship? Visit our internship careers page here https://zuru.com/internships/

Please note that while we don’t have a formalised graduate programme, there may be opportunities to stay on post-internship depending on business needs.
