- Animer et coordonner les temps d'éveil adaptés aux besoins de chaque enfant
- Favoriser les échanges positifs entre les groupes d'enfants
- Gérer les supports pédagogiques pour optimiser l'apprentissage
- Établir un dialogue constructif avec les familles et les accompagner dans la parentalité
- Impulser une dynamique de travail collaboratif au sein de l'équipe éducative

- Diplôme d'État d'Éducateur de Jeunes Enfants requis
- Maîtrise des règles d'hygiène et de sécurité
- Aptitude à conduire et suivre des projets éducatifs
- Compétence en animation et coordination d'équipe
- Excellente gestion des relations avec les familles
