We are looking for passionate, driven, and experienced Store Operations Manager to help lead our Maxima Albany store in NZ on a full-time basis.

A competitive Parental Support Program
Day-to-day responsibilities/Ngā kawenga o ia rā
Lead the operations team to create and maintain seamless processes for incoming stock and to ensure the store is always looking beautiful
Manage and execute monthly visual merchandising and promotional setups
Manage and audit stocktakes
Help to build a highly effective team through ongoing training, mentoring and by providing regular feedback
Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values
What success looks like in this role/Ngā āhua o te angitu i tēnei tūranga
Prior experience managing a team and handling large volumes of stock.
Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development
A keen eye for detail, ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Genuine care for people, and always stiving for the best possible team member experience.
