Ob im direkten Gästekontakt, in der Koordination oder im Austausch mit anderen Abteilungen – Ihr Alltag ist vielseitig und lebendig.
- Sie empfangen unsere Gäste persönlich und herzlich – und sorgen dafür, dass sie sich vom ersten Moment an wohlfühlen
- Sie setzen Wünsche um, beantworten Fragen, schaffen Lösungen – auch wenn sie ausserhalb des Gewohnten liegen
- Sie beraten unsere Gäste mit Feingefühl und geben individuelle Empfehlungen – sei es für Wanderungen, Restaurantbesuche oder besondere Erlebnisse
- Sie verkaufen aktiv Zimmer und halten unser Buchungssystem Casablanca stets aktuell
- Sie übernehmen die Gästekorrespondenz und kümmern sich um einen reibungslosen Ablauf vor, während und nach dem Aufenthalt
- Sie koordinieren interne Abläufe über Microsoft Teams mit Housekeeping, Portiers, Service und Küche
- Sie behalten auch bei spontanen Änderungen oder anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick
- Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für die Kasse und arbeiten präzise und zuverlässig
Gastfreundschaft liegt Ihnen im Blut – Organisation, Kommunikation und Herzlichkeit ebenso.
- Sie haben Erfahrung an der Rezeption, idealerweise in der gehobenen Hotellerie
- Sie sprechen fliessend Deutsch und Englisch – Französisch ist ein Plus und kann bei uns vertieft werden
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert, selbstständig und lösungsorientiert
- Sie haben ein gutes Gespür für Menschen und Situationen
- Sie behalten auch in intensiven Momenten Ruhe und Übersicht
- Sie sind offen für digitale Tools und arbeiten sich gerne in neue Systeme ein
- Sie sind bereit, im Früh-, Mittel- und Spätdienst zu arbeiten – Wochenenden und Feiertage eingeschlossen
- Und vor allem: Sie möchten nicht einfach nur Dienst leisten – sondern echte Gastgeberin oder echter Gastgeber sein
