En tant que Directeur / Directrice d’agence immobilière franchisé(e) Nestenn, vous créez et développez votre propre entreprise en vous appuyant sur la puissance d’un réseau reconnu et sur un accompagnement permanent.
Vos principales missions :
- Créer, animer et développer votre agence immobilière Nestenn ;
- Recruter, former et manager votre équipe commerciale ;
- Mettre en œuvre les outils, méthodes et stratégies du System Nestenn ;
- Développer le chiffre d’affaires de votre structure et garantir la satisfaction client ;
- Devenir un acteur reconnu de votre marché local.
