The Opportunity

We're looking for Graduates to join our Audit team in Ōtautahi/Christchurch, commencing in February 2027.

As part of our Christchurch team, you'll be part of a smaller, diverse office where you can build strong relationships, get involved in a great office culture and gain exposure to a variety of work. There may also be travel involved, giving you the opportunity to work with different clients and teams.

A role in Audit means that you’ll learn how to unravel complex financial situations, collaborate with industry leading professionals, and utilise cutting-edge technology. You’ll contribute to making a meaningful impact on the success and trustworthiness of businesses in New Zealand.

  • Be in your final year of study or have recently graduated.

  • Intention to complete, or be on the pathway towards, a professional qualification such as Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ), CPA Australia or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

  • Strong academic performance.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • A proactive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work with clients, colleagues and different teams.

  • Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work well in a team.

  • An interest in variety and the ability to adapt across different clients, teams and types of work.

  • A well-rounded background, including work, sport, volunteering, leadership or extracurricular activities.

  • Tech-savviness and a willingness to work with audit tools, data and emerging technology.
