Leiter ALPINA CLASSIC (m/w/d)
Als Leiter ALPINA CLASSIC übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für eine Sparte mit klarer Mission und globalem Kundenstamm. Sie führen das gesamte Geschäft rund um BMW ALPINA Automobile aus Buchloe mit voller GuV-Verantwortung. Von der autorisierten Instandsetzung und Ersatzteilversorgung bis hin zum Zubehör, Merchandising und dem Ausbau einer weltweiten ALPINA CLASSIC Community, die ihre Heimat in Buchloe hat.
ALPINA CLASSIC ist kein After-Sales-Betrieb im klassischen Sinne. Es ist die leidenschaftliche Verbindung zwischen den BMW ALPINA Automobilen aus Buchloe und den Menschen, die sie lieben. Ihre Aufgabe ist es, diese Verbindung zu pflegen und zu einem Geschäftsmodell zu entwickeln, das der Einzigartigkeit der Marke gerecht wird.
Aufgaben
- Gesamtverantwortung für den Geschäftsbereich ALPINA CLASSIC mit voller GuV Verantwortung
- Sicherstellung der autorisierten Instandsetzung und technischen Betreuung von bis Ende 2025 gebauten BMW ALPINA Automobilen
- Aufbau und Steuerung eines erweiterten Ersatzteilsortiments für das BMW ALPINA
- Bestandsportfolio – von Youngtimern bis zu Fahrzeugen aktueller Generation
- Pflege des internationalen Kundenstamms und der Community aus ALPINA CLASSIC Enthusiasten
- Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des Online-Shops ALPINA CLASSIC Shop als zentraler Vertriebskanal für Teile, Zubehör und Merchandising
- Entwicklung neuer Formate an der Schnittstelle von Marke, Erlebnis und E-Commerce wie Events, Clubs und Kooperationen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung und den funktionalen Abteilungsleitern

Sie sind kein Verwalter von Ersatzteilnummern. Sie sind jemand, der versteht, warum die Marke für seinen Besitzer mehr ist als nur ein Automobil und der diese Haltung in ein professionelles Geschäftsmodell übersetzen kann. Sie denken unternehmerisch, handeln mit Serviceorientierung und haben ein tiefes Gespür für das, was Marken-Communities zusammenhält und wachsen lässt.
Was bringen Sie mit?
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im automobilen After-Sales, Teile- oder Zubehörhandel. Idealerweise im Premiumsegment
- Echte Affinität zur Marke ALPINA CLASSIC oder vergleichbaren automobilen Nischenmarken mit loyaler Fangemeinde
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln mit Freude an Community- und Markenarbeit
- Erfahrung im E-Commerce oder im Aufbau von Online-Vertriebskanälen von Vorteil
- Führungserfahrung im automobilen oder verwandten Umfeld
- Begeisterungsfähigkeit für Automobile, die Geschichte geschrieben haben
