Księgowa / Księgowy spółek obsługujących nieruchomości komercyjne wraz z elementami administracji

Twój zakres obowiązków

Fakturowanie najmów lokali biurowych nieruchomości własnych
Księgowanie kosztów oraz refakturowanie mediów
Obsługa bankowości elektronicznej i księgowanie WB i kasy
Sporządzanie wyników miesięcznych dla Zarządu w programie Excel
Współpraca i kontakt z najemcami
Sporządzanie umów i aneksów dla najemców przy współpracy z działem prawnym.
Zaangażowanie w problemy administracyjne nieruchomości takie jak: koordynacja przeglądów okresowych oraz bieżących napraw, wybór podwykonawców i koordynacja zewnętrznych firm, które zajmą się ich rozwiązaniem.
Wsparcie Głównego Księgowego, w analizie i weryfikacji kont księgowych oraz przy zamykaniu miesiąca i roku

Nasze wymagania

Wykształcenie minimum średnie
Doświadczenie z zakresu obsługi nieruchomości
Znajomość aktualnych przepisów prawa podatkowego i ustawy o rachunkowości
Znajomość programu Comarch ERP Optima
Dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office, a w szczególności Excel
Samodzielność i terminowość w realizacji zadań
Umiejętność pracy w zespole
Odporność na stres, umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu
