- Salary: $74,000 NZD (inc. Superannuation)
- Location: Auckland
- Disciplines: Accounting, Finance, Business (seeking pathway to CA or CPA qualification).
Minimum eligibility requirements:
- Full working rights in New Zealand*
- Completing at least a bachelor’s degree at an Australian or New Zealand University
- Graduated 2024 or 2025 or graduating in 2026.

About the Program
Our graduate program is designed to support students as they transition from study to work. With support from a dedicated team, you will build relationships with peers and experienced leaders, develop technical skills on the job, and complete relevant development activities that build your professional capability and set you up for a long-term career at Suncorp.
As a Finance Graduate you will have the opportunity to rotate across different Accounting and CFO functions within the Finance and Advice business. Your first-year rotations will focus on accounting basics such as Financial Reporting, Management Reporting or compliance. In your second year, you could experience more technical areas such as Actuary and Capital & Investments.
