Wir suchen am Standort München oder Berlin eine:n Account Director (w/m/d), befristet auf 18 Monate, zur Unterstützung unseres Client Service-Teams.

Um weiter zu wachsen und uns weiterzuentwickeln, suchen wir am Standort München einen Account Director (w/m/d) zur Unterstützung unseres Client Services Teams.
Unser Client Service-Team ist ein wesentlicher Faktor unseres Erfolges, indem es eng mit weltbekannten Marken zusammenarbeitet, um kreative und effektive social-basierte Marketing-Lösungen zu entwickeln.
Als Account Director (w/m/d) bist du zentraler Dreh- und Angelpunkt im Client Service-Team.
Was beinhaltet die Rolle?
- Supervision & Führung von Account Manager:innen
- Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Teams
- Projektcontrolling sowie Qualitätsmanagement
- Ansprechpartner:in für Kund:innen und proaktive Kund:innenentwicklung
- Strategische Kund:innenberatung und Kund:innenführung
- Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung von Kund:innenprojekten auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene
- Verantwortung für das Budgetcontrolling von Kund:innenprojekten
- Mitarbeit bei Pitches
Wonach suchen wir?
- 5-7 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung mit Schwerpunkt Agenturen (zusätzliche Erfahrung auf Kund:innenseite z.B. im Marketing von Vorteil)
- Ausgeprägtes Markenverständnis im Anwendungsfeld Social Media/Digitales Marketing
- Sehr sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Genau deswegen haben wir uns für einen 2/3 Split entschieden, der bedeutet, dass wir bei 40h mindestens 2 Tage vor Ort mit unseren Kolleg:innen und 3 Tage im Home Office arbeiten. But that’s not all! Darüber hinaus sind wir große Fans von Remote Arbeit. Deswegen hast du bei uns die Möglichkeit 20 Tage innerhalb Deutschlands und weitere 20 Tage innerhalb Europas remote zu arbeiten. Wenn du also kein großer Fan des Deutschen Winters bist, join us und du kannst diese Zeit in Portugal oder Griechenland genießen.
