In der Rolle als Lead IT Operations Engineer (gn) übernimmst Du eine zentrale Funktion im Bereich Information Systems und trägst aktiv dazu bei, dass unsere IT-Infrastruktur skalierbar, sicher und zukunftsfähig bleibt. Du gestaltest den Wandel von einer supportgetriebenen IT hin zu standardisierten, cloudbasierten und weitgehend automatisierten Prozessen – und baust dabei perspektivisch die Stellvertretung für den Head of Information Systems auf. - Du konzipierst, planst und betreibst komplexe Microsoft-365- und Azure-Konfigurationen (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, Entra, Azure) – inklusive SSO/IdP, MFA, RBAC, Least Privilege und Access Reviews
- Du verantwortest Incident-, Problem- und Change-Management nach ITIL-Grundsätzen und stellst die Einhaltung von SLAs sicher
- Du bearbeitest IT-Security-Vorfälle eigenständig, koordinierst die Incident Response (EDR, M365 Defender, Compliance Center) und arbeitest eng mit dem SOC zusammen
- Beim Audit der Informationssicherheit-Zertifizierung gemäß ISO 27001 bist Du unterstützend dabei
- Du standardisierst, entwickelst weiter und automatisierst IT-Operations-Prozesse im Cloud-Only-Umfeld – inklusive Aufbau von Automationen und KI-gestützten Supporting-Functions (Self-Service, Workflow, Skripting)
- Du erstellst und pflegst technische Dokumentation (Systeme, Prozesse, Berechtigungen, Projekte), sorgst für Wissenstransfer und baust nachhaltige Vertretungsstrukturen auf – perspektivisch als Stellvertretung des Head of Information Systems
Deine Stärken
- Du bringst fundierte praktische Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365 und Azure mit (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, Entra, Azure) und hast komplexe M365- und Cloud-Konfigurationen eigenständig geplant, umgesetzt und betrieben
- Ein sehr gutes Verständnis von IT-Prozessstandardisierung und ITIL-basiertem Incident-, Problem- und Change-Management bringst Du mit
- Du verfügst über Erfahrung in IT-Security-Operations und Incident Response (EDR, M365 Defender, Compliance Center) sowie Grundkenntnisse in ISO 27001
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch (C1-Level) und kannst Dich auf Englisch (B2-Level) im beruflichen Kontext verständigen
- Idealerweise hast Du bereits Erfahrung mit Automatisierung von IT-Prozessen (Skripting, Workflow-Automatisierung, M365-Automationen), Cloud-Only-Strategien und/oder ersten Führungsaufgaben – und bringst Interesse an KI-gestützten Supporting-Functions mit
