Per il potenziamento del nostro team, siamo alla ricerca di un/una **Service Specialist** che entrerà a far parte del nostro team After Sales e supporterà le attività di assistenza técnica e miglioramento continuo. **COSA FARAI?**
- Interventi di service in tutto il mondo, siano essi operativi, in supervisione o in affiancamento.
- Sviluppo di procedure di riparazione dei trasformatori e di installazione degli accessori.
- Risoluzione di segnalazioni tecniche sui prodotti, gestendo e chiudendo i relativi ticket.
- Collaborazione allo sviluppo delle attività di formazione técnica per i clienti (manutenzione e commissioning dei prodotti).
- Reporting delle attività svolte e partecipazione ai processi di miglioramento prodotto.
- Supporto al responsabile nei processi di analisi guasto (RCA), riparazione prodotti e relativa reportistica relativa di resi cliente.
- Partecipazione alla pianificazione ed esecuzione di audit di prodotto.
- Audit sui service provider esterni per valutarne competenze ed efficacia. **Requisiti**:
**COSA CERCHIAMO?**
- Laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica, Elettrotécnica, Energetica o Diploma tecnico equivalente.
- Esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni in ruoli analoghi (service, manutenzione, commissioning o supporto tecnico) nel settore elettromeccanico.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata).
- Disponibilità a trasferte frequenti, in Italia e all’estero.
- Conoscenza delle principali procedure di manutenzione, collaudo e riparazione di macchine elettriche.
- Capacità di lettura di schemi elettrici e documentazione técnica.
- Buone doti relazionali e attitudine al lavoro in team e a contatto con i clienti.
- Proattività, problem solving e orientamento al miglioramento continuo. **Altre informazioni**:
