Für unser Account Management Team in Deutschland suchen wir Verstärkung. Du arbeitest eng mit Kunden, Sales und unseren internen Teams zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass Kampagnen erfolgreich umgesetzt werden.
Aufgaben
Als Specialist Account Management bist du die Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und internen Teams. Du begleitest Kampagnen, analysierst Ergebnisse und unterstützt Kunden dabei, unsere Produkte Opinary und mCanvas erfolgreich einzusetzen.
Deine Aufgaben
- Du betreust Kunden im europäischen Markt und bist Ansprechperson für laufende Kampagnen und Projekte
- Du unterstützt Kunden bei der Planung und Umsetzung unserer Werbelösungen.
- Du analysierst Kampagnen-Ergebnisse und gibst Empfehlungen zu Formaten, KPIs und Optimierungen.
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Sales Team zusammen, damit Kampagnen reibungslos umgesetzt werden.
- Du erkennst Möglichkeiten, Kunden weiterzuentwickeln und zusätzliche Lösungen einzubringen.
- Du pflegst CRM-Daten und nutzt Kunden-Insights, um Aktivitäten strukturiert zu begleiten.
Qualifikation
- 1–2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Account Management, Customer Success, Digital Marketing, Media oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
- Erste Erfahrung mit digitalen Kampagnen oder Werbeformaten wie Display, Video, CTV und Rich Media.
- Interesse an digitaler Werbung und daran, wie Marken ihre Zielgruppen erreichen.
- Eine strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden.
- Datenaffinität und idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen wie HubSpot sowie LLMs, wie z. Bsp Claude.
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
