Media & Social Commerce Lead (m/w/d)
Als Amazon-Agentur wissen wir, wie Marktplätze funktionieren. Jetzt gehen wir den nächsten Schritt. In dieser neuen Schlüsselposition bist du nicht für ein paar Ads zuständig. Du bist der Architekt unseres TikTok-Cores. Du verbindest Performance Marketing, Creator-Strukturen und vor allem den TikTok Shop zu einer echten Verkaufsmaschine. Du baust diesen Bereich von Null auf und machst TikTok zum neuen Skalierungs-Treiber für unsere Kunden.
Aufgaben
- Strategie entwickeln: Du planst und baust die TikTok-Shop-Strategie für unsere Kunden von Grund auf auf.
- Infrastruktur aufsetzen: Du startest bei Null. Du richtest den TikTok Shop technisch ein und übernehmst am Anfang sowohl die strategische Planung als auch die operative Umsetzung.
- Trends nutzen: Du bist unser Experte für TikTok. Du erkennst neue Features und Trends sofort und machst daraus erfolgreiche Verkaufskampagnen.
- Angebot etablieren: Du machst Social Commerce zu einem festen Bestandteil unseres Agentur-Angebots und legst die wichtigsten KPIs fest.
Qualifikation
- Erfahrung: Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im TikTok-Marketing. Du hast bereits erfolgreich TikTok-Kanäle oder Shops aufgebaut.
- TikTok-Fachwissen: Du kennst den TikTok Ads Manager, den Algorithmus und die technischen Abläufe rund um den TikTok Shop in- und auswendig.
- Umsetzungsstärke: Du planst nicht nur gerne, sondern setzt das technische und operative Fundament in der Startphase auch selbst um.
- Datenfokus: Du triffst Entscheidungen auf Basis von Zahlen. Du kannst Daten richtig lesen, behältst den Überblick und bereitest die Ergebnisse verständlich für das Management auf.
- Eigeninitiative: Du arbeitest komplett selbstständig, treibst deine Themen proaktiv voran und kannst komplexe Abläufe einfach erklären.
