Executive Assistant
Schedule: Monday to Friday, MDT (Mountain Daylight Time)
About The Role
Weâre looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to leadership. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Handle email correspondence and communication on behalf of executives.
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed.
Track deadlines, tasks, and follow-ups to ensure smooth workflow.
Assist with travel arrangements and expense tracking.
Support special projects and daily operations as assigned.
Qualifications
At least 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant for a US -based entrepreneur.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and communication tools (Slack, Zoom, etc.).
Ability to work independently and stay organized across multiple tasks.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, following MDT hours.
Compensation: $8-$12 USD per hour (remote position).
