Il Responsabile di Filiale è la figura chiave per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi operativi e commerciali. Le principali responsabilità includono: - Gestione efficace delle attività quotidiane della filiale, inclusa la gestione delle scorte, la pianificazione delle vendite e il supporto al team.
- Coordinamento delle attività di vendita e supporto alle negoziazioni con clienti chiave.
- Supervisione e sviluppo del team, inclusi valutazione delle prestazioni e fabbisogno formativo
- Mantenimento di relazioni solide con i clienti esistenti e costruzione di nuove partnership.
- Garanzia del rispetto delle normative e delle linee guida del settore. **Requisiti**: - Esperienza comprovata nel settore idro-termo-sanitario o in settori affini.
- Competenze gestionali dimostrate, con esperienza nella gestione di team e attività operative.
- Conoscenza approfondita del settore, compresi prodotti, tendenze e dinamiche di mercato.
- Buone abilità comunicative e orientamento al cliente.
- Capacità di analisi e problem-solving.
