About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi
As a Coordinator - Change Delivery, you will play a critical role in supporting the effective delivery of project team priorities through coordination, organisation, and process support. You will work across a range of tasks, ensuring information flows smoothly, deadlines are met, and stakeholders are supported.
This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by enabling your team to deliver outcomes that contribute to keeping Kiwis safe at work, at home, and everywhere in between.
We have three fixed-term opportunities (12 months) available within the Change Delivery team, based in Wellington.
About you | Mōu
You will bring:
Strong organisational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Experience in financial tracking, budget tracking, and supporting review cycles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging with stakeholders
Proven ability to build effective working relationships across teams
High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate information and processes
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Strong time management and planning capability to meet deadlines consistently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office toolset, especially excel

The appointing salary for this role will sit between $67,442 - $81,680 and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution. ACC offers a comprehensive benefits package which at present includes an advantageous superannuation scheme with features like no mandatory employee contribution, optional life and income protection insurance, and the flexibility to change to a locked plan at any time, ensuring your financial security now and in retirement.
