As a Parts Clerk at Trail Appliances, you will manage parts procurement, inventory, and customer inquiries, ensuring efficient service operations. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and communication with suppliers and internal teams. What you’ll be doing:
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, escalating unresolved issues as needed.
- Identify, source, order, and track parts while ensuring accurate billing and timely delivery.
- Receive, store, manage, and reallocate parts, processing returns as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, work orders, and system updates.
- Support inventory management through counts, audits, and process improvements.
What you need to be successful:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory and parts management.
- Proficiency in data entry, order processing, and basic mathematical calculations.
- Clear and professional communication skills for working with suppliers, colleagues, and supervisors.
- Solid problem-solving ability to source alternative parts and resolve order or inventory discrepancies.
- Adaptability and strong time-management skills to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting items up to 50 lbs and safely climbing ladders and stairs as required..
Availability:
This is a full-time position and will require you to be available:
Monday to Friday, and shifts between 6:30am to 5:00pm
Compensation:
$16.50/hr - $17.50/hr
