We are seeking a talented individual to join our FINPRO team at Marsh Risk. This role will be based in Christchurch. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a Client Executive, you will manage a portfolio of key client accounts to ensure consistently high-quality customer service. The position also contributes to the company’s profit objectives by managing and achieving revenue and expense budgets, while supporting the attainment of the Practice and Team’s business plans and objectives.

We will count on you to:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring that a high degree of quality customer service is provided to all clients at all times.

  • Lead, plan and implement clear and effective renewal, new business and broking strategies, ensuring Marsh’s performance meets required standards.

  • Work closely with Marsh’s Corporate team to provide advice on Liability policies, and ensure quality customer service is received by the Company’s Corporate clients.

  • Be active in promoting Marsh’s FINPRO capabilities, and in identifying and developing FINPRO opportunities and key contacts.

  • Contribute towards the Company’s profit objectives through the effective management and attainment of revenue and expense budgets.

  • Assist in the development of Finpro colleagues and administrative staff through clear and effective communication and delegation.

What you need to have:

  • Relevant experience in either broking or underwriting

  • Excellent communication style able to effectively work within various audiences, adapting approach as appropriate; strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Time management and organisational skills

  • Level 5 qualification or a clear plan to achieve this within the required legal timeframe
