Als KI- & Automatisierungs-Engineer (m/w/d) bist Du die rechte Hand unseres IT- & KI-Leads. Du arbeitest an unseren KI- und Automatisierungsprojekten mit, übernimmst eigene Teilaufgaben und denkst mit. Dein Hauptfokus: unsere internen Tools weiterentwickeln und am Laufen halten – von kleinen Helfern bis zu größeren Systemen wie unserer Fleet Console – und die verschiedenen Systeme sauber miteinander verbinden. Startup-Tempo, kurze Wege, echter Gestaltungsspielraum.
Aufgaben
- KI- & Automatisierungsprojekte: Du arbeitest aktiv an unseren KI-gestützten Projekten mit – von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem IT- & KI-Lead: Du übernimmst Teilaufgaben eigenständig, denkst bei Projekten mit und stimmst Dich im Tagesgeschäft eng ab
- Interne Tools: Du entwickelst kleinere Tools und größere Systeme weiter und hältst sie instand (u. a. Service-Tool / Fleet Console)
- Systemverbindungen: Du baust und pflegst Schnittstellen und Integrationen zwischen internen und externen Systemen
- Odoo ERP: Du arbeitest an unseren ERP-Prozessen, -Modulen und -Schnittstellen mit
Qualifikation
Das brauchst Du:
- Fundierte, praktische KI-Kenntnisse – Prompting, Automatisierung und der souveräne Einsatz von KI-Tools im Arbeitsalltag
- Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Freude an enger Zusammenarbeit im Team onsite
- Deutsch fließend als Kommunikationssprache; Englisch auf Lese-/Schreibniveau für Dokumentation und Tools
- Hands-on-Mentalität, Lernbereitschaft, Pragmatismus und Diskretion
Das ist ein Plus:
- Erfahrung mit Odoo ERP
- Programmier- bzw. Software-/System-Engineering-Erfahrung
- Erfahrung mit weiteren Business-/SaaS-Systemen (z. B. Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams)
