Dafür brauchen wir Dich
- End-to-End Product-Ownership: Du übernimmst die ganzheitliche Verantwortung für unser Telemedizin-Produkt und entwickelst es strategisch sowie operativ kontinuierlich weiter.
- Roadmap: Du konzipierst und verantwortest die Produkt-Roadmap – immer im Einklang mit unseren Unternehmenszielen, der übergeordneten Produktstrategie, den Marktanforderungen und den Kundenbedürfnissen.
- Markt- & Trendanalyse: Du hast den Markt, Wettbewerb und aktuelle Trends im Blick, verstehst Kundenbedürfnisse und identifizierst Potenziale für neue Features, Services und Geschäftsmodelle.
- Pricing: Du entwickelst die Pricing-Strategie für das Produkt und überprüfst regelmäßig auf Markt- sowie Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit.
- Lifecyle-Management: Du steuerst den gesamten Product Lifecycle, von der ersten Idee über die Markteinführung bis hin zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung.
- Anforderungsmanagement: In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen und den Dev-Teams definierst und priorisierst du die fachlichen Anforderungen.
- Schnittstellenmanagement: Du bist das Bindeglied zwischen Projektleitung, IT, Sales, Marketing, Support sowie externen Partnern und koordinierst alle relevanten Aktivitäten.
- KPIs & Performance: Du behältst die Produkt- und Geschäftskennzahlen im Auge, bewertest die Performance und leitest daraus geeignete Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab.
- Rollouts & Kommunikation: Du planst und begleitest Produkteinführungen und unterstützt die interne wie externe Kommunikation rund um unser Produkt.
Das bringst Du mit
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Gesundheitsmanagement, Medizininformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Produktmanager
- Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1 Niveau des europäischen Referenzrahmens
- Branchenkenntnisse im eHealth-Umfeld sind ein Plus
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung im Erstellen und Halten von Präsentationen und Schulungen; Erfahrung in der professionellen Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Shareholdern
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Visualisierungstools zur Erstellung von Konzepten, Prozessdarstellungen oder User Journeys
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Erfahrung im Arbeiten mit Kollaborationstools wie Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) und Microsoft Teams
- Interesse an Innovationen im Gesundheitswesen
