Roosty’s Talent Acquisition Manager

Fully Remote | Full-time
Salary: £60,000-£80,000 OTE.

Roosty’s is building the future of backyard chicken supplements, and we’re growing fast.

We’re on track to do $40 million this year, with one big, bold, feather-ruffling goal: to become the first $1 billion backyard chicken brand.

To get there, we need brilliant people. And to find brilliant people, we need a brilliant In-House Talent Acquisition Manager.

That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for someone who can help us find, attract, and hire the kind of people who will take Roosty’s from fast-growing brand to household name.

Someone who gets talent, moves quickly, communicates like a real human, and knows how to make candidates feel excited from the first message.

No stiff corporate nonsense. No clucky hiring processes. Just thoughtful, energetic, people-first recruitment with a bit of Roosty’s personality

The role

As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll own recruitment across Roosty’s and help us build the team behind the brand.

You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand what we need, find great people, create smooth hiring processes, and make sure every candidate gets a warm, clear, and memorable experience.

You’ll be the person helping us build the flock — carefully, thoughtfully, and without turning recruitment into a bureaucratic egg hunt.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll manage hiring from start to finish, from figuring out the brief to getting the right person over the line.

You’ll be:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand what each role really needs.
  • Writing job ads that sound like they were written by a human, not a committee.
  • Sourcing great candidates through LinkedIn, networks, referrals, job boards, communities, and wherever else the good eggs are hiding.
  • Screening candidates in a way that feels warm, thoughtful, and never robotic.
  • Managing interview processes so they’re organised, fair, fast, and candidate-friendly.
  • Keeping candidates engaged and excited about Roosty’s throughout the process.
  • Helping hiring managers make smart, timely decisions.
  • Building talent pipelines so we’re not starting from scratch every time a new role opens.
  • Improving our hiring process as we scale.
  • Supporting our employer brand and making sure people understand why Roosty’s is a brilliant place to work.
  • Bringing structure, pace, and just the right amount of personality to recruitment.

What we’re looking for

You’ve done talent acquisition before and know how to run a hiring process properly without making it feel heavy.

You’ll probably be a great fit if you:

  • Have strong recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally in-house.
  • Know how to manage hiring from role briefing to offer.
  • Are confident sourcing candidates, not just waiting for applications to appear.
  • Can build strong relationships with hiring managers.
  • Communicate clearly, warmly, and directly.
  • Are organised enough to manage multiple roles at once without losing the plot.
  • Care about candidate experience and know that every touchpoint matters.
  • Can balance speed with quality.
  • Are comfortable in a fast-growing business where things move quickly.
  • Enjoy remote work and know how to stay connected, proactive, and visible without needing an office.
  • Native level of English

Bonus points if you have

  • Experience hiring for consumer brands, e-commerce, retail, CPG, startups, operations, marketing, product, or customer experience roles.
  • Experience recruiting in a fast-growth company.
  • A strong instinct for employer brand and job ad copy.
  • Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment reporting.

Why join Roosty’s?

Because this is a chance to join a brand with huge momentum and even bigger ambition.

You’ll have real ownership, real impact, and the chance to shape the team that shapes the company.

You’ll also be part of an amazing fully remote culture where people are trusted to do great work, communicate openly, move quickly, and have fun along the way.

The kind of person we’ll love

Someone who loves people, understands hiring, and knows how to make recruitment feel exciting rather than exhausting.

Someone who can spot talent, build relationships, and keep things moving.

Someone ambitious enough to help build a billion-dollar brand, but laid back enough to enjoy the ride.

Ready to help us grow the Roosty’s flock? Let’s talk.
