Min.01 del 21/01/19), filiale di Bari, seleziona per prestigioso Studio Legale, una risorsa da inserire in tirocinio formativo nel ruolo di Addetto/a alla Segretaria/o di Studio Legale La figura selezionata sarà affiancata da professionisti del settore e avrà l'opportunità di acquisire competenze nella gestione organizzativa e amministrativa dello studio, intraprendendo un percorso di crescita in un contesto altamente qualificato. Attività principali - Accoglienza dei clienti e gestione del centralino. - Gestione dell'agenda degli avvocati e pianificazione degli appuntamenti. - Gestione della corrispondenza, della posta elettronica e della PEC. - Organizzazione e archiviazione della documentazione cartacea e digitale. - Supporto nella redazione di documenti e corrispondenza. - Attività di segreteria generale e supporto amministrativo. - Supporto nella gestione della documentazione legale. Requisiti - Diploma di scuola superiore, preferibilmente ad indirizzo amministrativo, economico o linguistico, oppure Laurea in discipline giuridiche, economiche o umanistiche. - Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office (Word, Excel e Outlook). - Gradita conoscenza della lingua inglese. - Interesse per il settore legale e forte motivazione ad intraprendere un percorso di crescita professionale. - Costituirà titolo preferenziale un'eventuale esperienza, anche breve, maturata presso studi professionali (legali, notarili o commercialisti). Completano il profilo: - Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli. - Elevato senso di riservatezza e affidabilità. - Ottima proprietà di linguaggio, sia scritta che orale. - Spiccate capacità organizzative. - Ottime doti relazionali e comunicative. - Capacità di interfacciarsi con una clientela professionale. - Attitudine al lavoro in team. - Proattività, flessibilità e desiderio di apprendere. - Capacità di gestire le priorità. Si offre - Inserimento tramite tirocinio formativo della durata di 6 mesi, prorogabile per ulteriori 6 mesi, con concreta possibilità di inserimento stabile al termine del percorso. - Rimborso spese mensile di € 800,00 - Orario di lavoro: dal lunedì al venerdì, 09:00-13:00 e 15:30-19:30. - Affiancamento costante e formazione on the job. - Inserimento in uno studio professionale strutturato, dinamico e orientato alla crescita delle competenze.
