Our client is a fast-growing AI-powered fintech company redefining how individuals and enterprises access sophisticated wealth management solutions. By combining artificial intelligence, digital automation, and institutional-grade investment capabilities, the company is building the next generation of wealth technology that was once only available to ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
Backed by an experienced leadership team, the company partners with leading financial institutions and enterprise clients across the region to deliver innovative digital wealth solutions. As the business continues to scale globally, they are looking for experienced professionals who thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and enjoy solving complex cross-functional challenges.
About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead strategic enterprise implementations and drive successful delivery across multiple cross-functional teams.
In this role, you'll own the end-to-end execution of long-term B2B partnerships, serving as the bridge between internal engineering, product, and business teams, as well as external enterprise customers. You'll ensure projects stay on track, proactively manage dependencies and risks, and provide clear visibility into delivery progress.
This role requires strong ownership, excellent stakeholder management, and sound judgment. You'll be expected to navigate ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and make pragmatic decisions to keep projects moving while maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
What You'll Do- Own the delivery lifecycle of one or more enterprise customer engagements, from project kickoff through implementation, launch, and post-launch support.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, timelines, and delivery roadmaps.
- Identify cross-functional dependencies early and proactively remove blockers before they impact delivery.
- Monitor project health and ensure successful execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Serve as the primary coordination point between internal engineering, product, operations, and enterprise partner teams.
- Facilitate regular project reviews, status updates, and executive steering meetings.
- Align stakeholders on priorities, deliverables, timelines, and implementation plans.
- Ensure both internal teams and external partners have clear visibility into project progress.
- Identify delivery risks, unclear requirements, and scope changes early, escalating issues proactively when needed.
- Challenge ambiguous requirements and work with stakeholders to establish clear priorities.
- Make informed decisions when complete information isn't available, balancing delivery speed with quality.
- Understand when issues require leadership involvement and when they can be resolved independently.
- Keep project documentation, decision logs, issue trackers, and delivery plans accurate and up to date.
- Establish clear project governance and reporting processes that provide transparency across all stakeholders.
- Continuously improve delivery workflows and project management best practices as the organization scales.
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Program Management, or Enterprise Software Delivery.
- Proven experience managing complex B2B or enterprise software implementation projects.
- Strong experience coordinating cross-functional teams while managing external client or partner relationships.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with strong ownership and decision-making ability.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Linear, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, SaaS, or enterprise technology is a plus.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certifications are advantageous but not required.
- Join a high-growth AI fintech company building next-generation wealth technology.
- Lead strategic enterprise partnerships with leading financial institutions and global clients.
- Own high-impact initiatives with significant autonomy and visibility across the organization.
- Work alongside experienced product and engineering teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Be part of a company where your work directly influences product delivery, customer success, and business growth.
