Le titulaire du poste sera chargé de garantir un accueil de qualité pour les clients au sein de l'établissement bancaire.
- Accueillir et orienter la clientèle avec courtoisie et professionnalisme
- Gérer les opérations courantes au guichet tout en s'assurant de la conformité des procédures
- Assurer la gestion des appels téléphoniques et répondre efficacement aux demandes d'information Le candidat idéal pour ce poste saura allier courtoisie, rigueur, et compétences en gestion de la relation client.
- Expérience d'un an minimum dans un poste similaire requis
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des logiciels bancaires essentiels
- Aisance relationnelle et excellente communication avec la clientèle
- Diplôme de BTS Banque ou NDRC
(formation, compétences, diplômes, connaissances, habilitations...).
