Au sein de notre équipe, vous assumerez la gestion des courriers dématérialisés relatifs aux impayés d'assurance avec précision et efficacité - Identifier avec précision les clients concernés, la banque (Caisse d'Épargne) et le crédit associé - Saisir les prestations dans nos outils et assurer l'indexation rigoureuse des courriers - Interagir de manière proactive avec les assureurs par téléphone afin d'obtenir des informations nécessaires à l'identification des clients

Vous êtes un(e) professionnel(le) dynamique et rigoureux(se) ayant au moins deux ans d'expérience en gestion back office bancaire.
- Maîtrise des outils de gestion de données et capacité d'indexation rigoureuse des documents
- Compétence avérée en communication proactive avec les partenaires externes, notamment les assureurs
- Expérience dans l'identification précise des clients et des détails des crédits bancaires
- Diplômé(e) en gestion bancaire ou finance, idéalement titulaire d'un BTS Banque, conseiller de clientèle
