Senior Executive/Manager, Career & Job Centre Operations

We are seeking a highly effective Senior Executive/Manager, Career & Job Centre Operations to join our Career Services & Partnership Group in our department dedicated to employment and employability!
In this role, you will support NTUC’s sub-department. You will be an integral part of our Career Centres, one of the key national nodes where jobseekers seek new opportunities and work towards being employed and employable. We are currently building our operations and data management team. You will be responsible for running the day-to-day activities and events of the Career Centre.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support employment initiatives and in manpower sourcing.
- Monitor and track initiatives including supporting tender processes and ensuring alignment with operational requirements.
- Analyse operational and performance data to generate insights for internal stakeholders and drive strategic process and operational improvements by identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities, while ensuring alignment with organisational priorities.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on Career & Job Centre operations, handling queries and facilitating issue resolution.
- Ensure proper tracking and management of client cases within case management systems, including data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint) with strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage partners across functions and communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
- Able to learn and navigate internal systems effectively, while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Independent, driven, and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving; experience in operations, data reporting, or programme coordination would be an advantage.

Jurong East, Devan Nair Institute
Designation and salary will commensurate with experience.
