Notre client situé à VILLAROCHE est un fabricant reconnu dans le secteur de l'aéronautique. Apposer les tags des outillages
- Répertorier les TAGS, listing complet avec numéro
- Taguer les outillages en fonction du mode opératoire (typologie, utilisation, …)
Appairage + activation des tags
- Suivi mode opératoire
- Isoler les tags défectueux
Préparation des outillages
- Préparation des outillages (dégraissage, nettoyage, …)
- Fournir un état d'avancement et confirmation de la mise à disposition
Création de lot d'outillages + Transferts
- Faire des demandes de rapatriement anticipées (constitution de batchs) pour avoir des outillages à taguer continuellement
Inventaires :
- Réaliser les inventaires d'outillages ainsi que la gestion de stock associé
Reporting :
- Remonter et formaliser l'état d'avancement de son activité, les points de blocages
Missions annexes :
- Aider le service en cas de besoin
Risque FOD et SSE
Alerter et remonter les dysfonctionnements constatés notamment sur le risque FOD/DOD
Respecter et appliquer la règlementation SSE en vigueur.
5S
Appliquer les consignes sur le 5S et proposer des axes d'améliorations
Veiller au rangement des zones logistiques et de son poste de travail après chaque vacation
Être force de proposition sur l'amélioration des process du service outillage et Supply Chain Vous devez avoir au moins 2 années d'expérience.
Autonome, rigoureux, sens de l'organisation.
Maîtrise des outils informatiques
Connaissance des outillages est un plus
Anticipation des éventuelles difficultés de stocks
