- Évaluer les besoins médicaux des résidents et élaborer des plans de soins personnalisés
- Administrer les traitements prescrits et surveiller l'état de santé des personnes âgées
- Collaborer avec l'équipe de soins pour garantir une prise en charge holistique des résidents.

- Diplôme d'État d'Infirmier(e) requis
- Minimum de deux ans d'expérience dans un milieu similaire
- Maîtrise des techniques de soins associés aux besoins des personnes âgées
- Excellente capacité de communication et d'empathie envers les personnes soignées
