Notre client, un acteur majeur du secteur bancaire, recherche un(e) Technicien(ne) d'exploitation support pour rejoindre ses équipes dynamiques. Vos Missions :
Au cœur de l'activité, vous assurez le traitement opérationnel des transferts individuels (entrants et sortants) des Plans d'Épargne Entreprise (PEE) et Plans d'Épargne Retraite (PER). Vous veillez scrupuleusement au respect des règles, des procédures internes et des délais de place.
À ce titre, vos responsabilités principales sont :
Gestion des transferts entrants :
Analyser les demandes de transfert émises par les épargnants.
Transmettre les demandes aux teneurs de comptes et assureurs concurrents.
Assurer le suivi rigoureux et la relance des partenaires externes.
Gestion des transferts sortants :
Analyser les demandes de transfert provenant de la concurrence.
Prendre en charge la saisie informatique des transferts.
Envoyer l'ensemble des éléments justificatifs et financiers aux concurrents.
Durée hebdomadaire : 35h00 du lundi au vendredi

13ème mois Vous devez être titulaire d'un Bac+2 validé et avoir au moins 2 années d'expérience.
Une expéirence dans le domaine bancaire et plus spécialement dans l'épargne salariale est souhaitée
Rigoureux(se) et méthodique, vous avez le sens du détail et le respect des échéances.
Une première expérience en back-office bancaire ou en gestion de l'épargne est un sérieux atout.
Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et le traitement de flux administratifs/financiers.
