Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) Konzernabschluss
Unseren Auftraggeber, einer Gruppe, die seit Jahrzenten erfolgreich deutschlandweit als Bauträger auftritt und vermehrt Investitionen in Immobilienfonds tätigt, erweitert seinen Einflussbereich und sucht Verstärkung für die eigenen Reihen.
Gesucht wird ein Bilanzbuchhalter, welcher Erfahrung in der Kosolidierung aufweist.
Die Unternehmung ist mit ihrer Verwaltung in sehr guter Lage im Kölner Zentrum angesiedelt. Hier bekommen Sie die Gelegenheit, eine spannende Position in der Bilanzbuchhaltung zu übernehmen mit Perspektive auf einen erweiterten Verantwortungsbereich in Richtung kaufmännische Leitung in ca. 1-2 Jahren, sofern angestrebt.

Aufgaben
- Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen der Muttergesellschaft
- Erstellung von Steuererklärungen der Muttergesellschaft
- Erstellung des Konzernabschlusses gemäß HGB
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung der Jahresgeschäftsberichte
- Zuständigkeit für unterschiedliche Projektaufgaben im Finance-Bereich
- Koordination von nationalen und internationalen Gesellschaften und Vorgabe der einheitlichen Konzernprozesse
Qualifikation
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes BWL-Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder durch abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum/zur Bilanzbuchhalter*in (m/w/d)
- Berufserfahrung im Controlling, Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder einer vergleichbaren Position in einem Konzern, einer Gruppe oder einem Unternehmen mit mehreren Standorten
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie strukturiertes Denkvermögen und hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
