- è responsabile del controllo qualitativo e quantitativo dei materiali utilizzati e delle loro caratteristiche meccaniche, in base legge e alle normative tecniche
- assume la rappresentanza del committente dal punto di vista tecnico ed è l'unico interlocutore per l'impresa appaltatrice, sia per gli aspetti tecnici che economici del contratto
- redige contabilità di cantiere
- partecipa alle gare pubblche
- Requisiti richiesti_: - Competenza nella redazione e verifica di computi metrici e capitolati
- Competenza nella gestione técnica ed amministrativa dei lavori edili
- Conoscenza uso programma Primus, Blumatica
- Precisione, puntualità, affidabilità
- Ottima capacità di pianificazione e programmazione del lavoro
- Autonomia decisionale e problem-solving
- Capacità relazionali
- Dinamicità e flessibilità
- Attitudine al lavoro in team Completano il profilo la disponibilità agli spostamenti sul territorio, presso i cantieri e le aree in cui effettuare rilievi e sopralluoghi.
