Nous recherchons des Conseillers Clientèle passionnés (H/F) pour accompagner nos bénéficiaires dans le secteur de la santé et de la prévoyance, dans le cadre d'un contrat longue durée. Votre rôle :
être le contact privilégié de nos clients et des professionnels de santé, principalement par téléphone et email.
Vous les guiderez au quotidien dans leur parcours de soins, en assurant un traitement rapide et précis de leurs demandes de remboursement. Vous leur apporterez des informations claires sur leurs garanties et remboursements, contribuant ainsi à leur satisfaction et à l'atteinte de nos objectifs de performance.
Vous participerez également à l'amélioration continue de nos processus et assurerez la gestion administrative des dossiers.
Horaire de 09h-17h du lundi au vendredi Nous recherchons des candidats de niveau Bac+2, avec une expérience significative en relation client à distance impérativement dans le domaine de l'assurance, santé et/ou prévoyance.
Vous maîtrisez les structures d'appel, avez un excellent relationnel, une bonne connaissance des outils informatiques et un sens du service développé.
